Initiate Your Request
Log into your BuzzTV Direct account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device, remote, and all original cables in the initial product box to ensure the hardware is protected during transit.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the unit and its components, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
